Goodluck India Ltd is a prominent manufacturer of a wide range of engineering structures, precision/auto tubes, forging for defense & aerospace, CR products, and GI pipes. Established in 1986, the company has evolved from producing regular steel products to becoming a top engineering solutions provider.

The company has strategically redirected its focus towards high-margin value-added products and high-growth sectors such as auto, solar, railways, defense, and aerospace. Headquartered in Ghaziabad, Goodluck India Ltd operates manufacturing facilities with a total capacity of 4,50,000 tonnes per annum in Sikandrabad (UP) and Kutch (Gujarat), India, employing over 4,000 individuals.

Moving forward, we see immense growth potential for Goodluck India Ltd due to various factors such as venturing into the hydraulic tubes business by successfully establishing a 50,000 TPA facility, with plans to double it to 1,00,000 TPA in the future. Additionally, the company has made significant strides in the high-margin defense sector through its subsidiary, manufacturing artillery gun shells. With strong business relations with esteemed clients in both the public and private sectors, the company is expected to expand its EBITDA/tonne post stabilization of operations in its newly set up hydraulic tubes and defense and aerospace businesses. Furthermore, there is a positive demand outlook for solar torque tubes in the long run.
