The Directorate General of Trade Remedies (DGTR) has recommended the imposition of a provisional safeguard duty of 12% on Flat Steel Products for 200 days, pending final investigation. GR Infraprojects has won a highway project from NHAI worth Rs 4,262.78 crore. IndusInd International Holdings Ltd has completed the acquisition of Reliance Capital. Zydus Lifesciences has received approval to manufacture a generic version of Apalutamide tablets. Nazara Technologies has acquired the remaining equity shares of Absolute.
