Chennai-based Veranda Learning Solutions has announced the divestment of its entire vocational segment, which includes Brain4ce Education Solutions (Edureka), Veranda Management Learning Solutions (Veranda Higher Ed), and Six Phrase, to US-based SNVA EduTech Limited (SNVA). SNVA operates as a global education and skilling enterprise.

As part of the deal, SNVA will issue shares to Veranda and its subsidiary, providing them with a joint 50 percent stake in SNVA EduTech Ltd. Established in 2009, SNVA EduTech has a global footprint in the USA, Europe, and Asia. Its brands, including Careerera and Euro American Education, deliver degree programs and professional certifications in various fields such as business, technology, data science, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence. To date, SNVA EduTech has trained over 1.5 million learners around the world.

Veranda Learning Solutions characterized the divestment as a significant advancement under its Veranda 2.0 strategy, designed to sharpen business focus, stimulate growth, and enhance long-term shareholder value. The collaboration aims to create a global education platform that merges skilling, vocational, and higher education across multiple countries, including India, the USA, UK, France, Italy, Malta, Switzerland, and Singapore.

The companies anticipate that the combined organization will generate revenues exceeding ₹250 crore in FY26 and maintain a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 25 percent over the next four to five years. They plan to pursue a public listing in the near future to maximize value for stakeholders.

Suresh Kalpathi, Executive Director and Chairman of Veranda Learning Solutions, stated, “This partnership with SNVA combines Veranda’s strong domestic brands and university partnerships with SNVA’s global university network and enterprise reach. Together, we are building a platform that offers seamless learner pathways and accelerates growth opportunities worldwide.”

Vivek K Singh, Founder and Managing Director of SNVA EduTech, remarked, “We are delighted to partner with Veranda in building a truly global education ecosystem. Our established presence across 60 countries, alongside Veranda’s robust domestic brands, will create seamless global learning pathways for students. Together, we aim to scale faster, innovate continuously, and deliver lasting value to learners and stakeholders.”

The announcement was published on September 26, 2025.
