The Competition Commission of India approved the acquisition of Ayana Renewable Power by ONGC-NTPC Green for Rs 19,500 crore. ONGC-NTPC Green Pvt Ltd, a joint venture between ONGC Green and NTPC Green Energy Ltd, will acquire 100% of Ayana’s equity share capital.

Tata Consultancy Services announced the acquisition of Darshita Southern India Happy Homes Private Limited for Rs 2,250 crore to establish a new delivery center.

Godrej Agrovet is set to acquire the remaining 48.06% stake in Creamline Dairy Products for Rs 930 crore, bringing Creamline under the ‘Godrej Jersey’ brand.

Shruti Shibulal, a promoter of Infosys, purchased shares of the company worth Rs 494 crore through an open market transaction.

Kaynes Technology India Ltd’s Managing Director received a Show-Cause Notice from SEBI for alleged violations related to the company’s financial results.
