Adani Hybrid Energy Jaisalmer Five Ltd, a wholly owned step-down subsidiary of Adani Renewables, which is part of Adani Green Energy, has successfully commissioned a 50 MW solar power project alongside a 31.2 MW wind power project in Khavda, Gujarat, as of September 30, 2025. The commissioning certificate for these projects was officially received on October 1, 2025. With these initiatives, Adani Green Energy Limited’s (AGEL) total operational renewable generation capacity has now reached 16,679.80 MW.
Godawari Power and Ispat Ltd (GPIL), recognized for its integrated facilities that encompass Direct Reduced Iron (DRI), blast furnaces, and power generation, is advancing its growth strategy by constructing a new greenfield integrated steel plant with a capacity of 2 million tonnes per annum (MTPA). This facility will include a cutting-edge 6-Hi Reversible Cold Rolling Mill (CRM).
Tata Power Renewable Energy Ltd (TPREL), a subsidiary of Tata Power Company Ltd, has entered into a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Tata Power Mumbai Distribution for an 80 MW Firm and Dispatchable Renewable Energy (FDRE) capacity. This project aims to integrate advanced solar, wind, and battery storage technologies to ensure reliable energy delivery during peak demand periods, thus improving overall grid stability.
Additionally, Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals has received a Letter of Award from Madhya Pradesh Urja Vikas Nigam Ltd for the design, manufacturing, supply, transport, installation, testing, and commissioning of off-grid DC and AC Solar Photovoltaic Water Pumping Systems. This initiative falls under Component-B of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Urja Suraksha Evam Utthaan Mahabhiyaan (PM-KUSUM), being implemented in Madhya Pradesh as part of the PM Krishak Mitra Surya Yojana. The contract is valued at approximately ₹4.75 crore, excluding GST.
