RailTel Corporation of India has received a work order valued at ₹18.06 crore (inclusive of tax) from Dredging Corporation of India Ltd.

Zydus Lifesciences Ltd has obtained the Establishment Inspection Report (EIR) from the US Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) following a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) follow-up inspection at its oncology injectable facility in SEZ1, Ahmedabad, conducted from June 9 to June 18. The report now classifies the facility as “Voluntary Action Indicated” (VAI), a change from its previous classification of “Official Action Indicated” (OAI) recorded in June 2024.

Jubilant Pharmova announced the completion of a post-marketing Adverse Drug Experience (PADE) inspection by the USFDA at its subsidiary, Jubilant Cadista Pharmaceuticals Inc., in the USA. The inspection, which took place on September 19, concluded without any observations.

The Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO) has inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with NBCC (India) for the development of various projects. These include a commercial plot in Kaushambi, Ghaziabad (Uttar Pradesh), an institutional plot in Panchkula (Haryana), additional blocks at HUDCO’s Regional Office in Ahmedabad (Gujarat), and the reconstruction of residential flats at the Asian Games Village Complex in New Delhi, to be executed on a turnkey basis.

Ceigall India Ltd has emerged as the Lowest (L-1) Bidder in the auction for establishing a Grid-Connected Ground-Mounted Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Project with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) at Morena Solar Park in Madhya Pradesh. The company successfully quoted a tariff of ₹2.70 per kWh during the electronic reverse auction on September 19.

Hari Om Pipes has signed an MoU with the Maharashtra government for establishing a ₹3,135-crore integrated steel plant in Gadchirol. The state government has pledged to assist the company with fiscal incentives and in obtaining necessary permits and approvals.

Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals has received a Letter of Award from Madhya Pradesh Urja Vikas Nigam Ltd. for the design, manufacture, supply, transportation, installation, testing, and commissioning of an Offgrid DC & AC Solar Photovoltaic Water Pumping System. This order involves the delivery of 196 systems, with an estimated work order value of approximately ₹4.28 crore, excluding GST.

The Shipping Corporation of India Ltd (SCI) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPCL), Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd (HPCL), and Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOCL) to jointly acquire, own, operate, and manage vessels for international trade and the coastal transport of petroleum and petrochemical products.

The board of New Delhi Television Ltd has approved a proposal to acquire the business operationally related to the “GoodTimes” Channel from Lifestyle & Media Broadcasting Ltd through a slump sale on a going concern basis.

Rajesh Power Services Ltd, a leading EPC contractor in power transmission and distribution, has secured new orders totaling ₹278 crore from various government and private clients.

Netweb Technologies India Ltd has received a purchase order for Tyrone AI GPU Accelerated Systems, with an estimated order value of roughly ₹450 crore.

Him Teknoforge Ltd had previously announced plans to set up a new forging plant at Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh, through its subsidiary HimForge Rings LLP. The board has determined that the plant will now be established directly by the company, which qualifies as an MSME.

Swan Defence and Heavy Industries Ltd has signed an MoU with the Gujarat Maritime Board valued at ₹4,250 crore. This partnership aims to modernize shipyard infrastructure, strengthen domestic supply chains, and cultivate a sustainable talent pipeline for India’s maritime industry.
