From Aditya Infotech’s CCTV plans to Hero MotoCorp’s Spain entry, ITC and Lemon Tree hotel expansions, NTPC Green solar capacity, and BEL, MTAR, KEC, and JK Cement’s new orders, top companies remain in focus with strategic growth and international forays.

ITC Hotels on Wednesday announced the signing of definitive agreements with DSR Hospitality Services for two new managed hotels in Nellore and Hyderabad under its Welcomhotel brand. With these two additions, ITC Hotels is set to expand its presence in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. While Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels Hyderabad Panjagutta will feature 117 rooms, the Welcomhotel in Nellore will feature 127 rooms.

Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has announced the launch of its latest franchised property – Lemon Tree Hotel, Ranchi. This is the brand’s second property in the state after Jamshedpur, further strengthening its presence in Jharkhand. This franchised hotel features 45 well-appointed rooms and suites, complemented by Citrus Café – a multi-cuisine restaurant, Slounge – the hip recreation bar, a fully equipped fitness centre and a swimming pool to keep you feeling as fresh as a lemon and a value-driven stay experience.

Power Mech Projects Limited is one of the leading industrial Engineering, Construction and Services companies in the Power and Infrastructure Sectors. MTAR Technologies Limited has received orders worth $7.6 million (Rs. 67.16 crore approximately)

Hero MotoCorp has announced its entry into the Spanish market through a partnership with Noria Motos, part of the ONEX Group, marking its 50th international foray and strengthening its European footprint after Italy. The company will initially sell Euro 5+ compliant motorcycles via 30 outlets, expanding to over 50 by 2026

The Board of Future Market Networks has approved the surrender of leasehold rights vested with the company with regard to the shopping mall known as “Diamond Plaza Mall” situated at premises no. 1, Calcutta Jessore Road, Kolkata, in favour of the original lessors, viz. Super Diamond Enterprises, a partnership firm having its office at 2nd Floor, ALOM House, 7B, Pretoria Street, Kolkata 700071, for a total consideration of not less than Rs 60 crore (to be received upon execution of the transaction document), and the surrender shall be subject to the approval of the shareholders of the company.

NTPC Green Energy Limited has announced that part of the capacity of 12.5 MW Solar out of the total installed capacity of 37.5 MW (Solar) Project located in Bhuj, Gujarat of Ayana Renewable Power Four Private Limited, a subsidiary of Ayana Renewable Power Pvt. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of our joint venture ONGC NTPC Green Private, is declared on Commercial Operation w.e.f. 17.10.2025. The current commercial capacity of NTPC Green Energy Limited Group stands at 7407.475 MW. With the addition of this capacity, the total installed capacity of the NGEL Group will increase to 7419.975 MW.

KEC International Ltd., a global infrastructure EPC major and an RPG Group Company, has secured a new order of Rs. 1,038 crore for the Design, Supply, and Installation of a 380 kV GIS Substation in Saudi Arabia.

The NCLT Allahabad Bench has approved the merger of Toshali Cements Pvt Ltd with JK Cement Ltd, effective January 1, 2024, transferring all assets, liabilities, and employees to the parent company. Toshali Cements will be dissolved, as sanctioned under Sections 230-232 of the Companies Act, 2013
