Senores Pharmaceuticals Ltd secured nearly Rs 261 crore from anchor investors, ahead of its initial share-sale opening for public subscription.

ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, Mahindra Manulife Mutual Fund, Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance Company, SBI General Insurance Company, and Troo Capital are among the anchor investors, according to a circular uploaded on the BSE website.

According to the circular, Senores Pharmaceuticals has allotted about 66.66 lakh equity shares to 20 funds at Rs 391 apiece, aggregating the transaction size to Rs 260.63 crore.

The Rs 582-crore IPO will be open for public subscription December 20 and conclude on December 24. The price band has been set at Rs 668-704 per share.

Ventive Hospitality’s initial public offering enters last day with modest response. The IPO has sbeen subscribed at the end of Day 2 at 1.28 times.

Blackstone-backed Ventive Hospitality’s ₹1,600-crore IPO, which opened in a price band of ₹610-643, received bids for 1.84 crore shares against 1.44 crore shares on offer. The entire issue is a fresh issue which means the funds raised will go the company.

Bids can be made for a minimum of 23 shares and in multiples of 23, thereafter.

Up to 75 per cent of the net issue would be available for allocation on a proportionate basis to qualified institutional buyers, 15 per cent for non-institutional investors, and the balance 10 per cent for retail investors. A discount of ₹30 a share is being offered to eligible employees bidding in the employee reservation portion (17,241 shares). While the QIB portion was subscribed 1.22 times, NIIs subscribed 1.07 times of their quota. The retail portion received bids for 1.76 times, while employees saw aggressive bidding at 4.91 times.

The Ahmedabad-based Senores Pharmaceuticals, which launched its ₹582.11 crore IPO on Friday at a price band of ₹372-391, has received a robust response from all investors. The IPO, which closes today, saw a subscription of 13,93 times. Retail investors were the most aggressive, as the window reserved for them subscribed 3.41 times.

The IPO comprises a fresh issue worth ₹500 crore and an offer-for-sale of up to 21 lakh shares, valued at ₹82.11 crore, by promoters and other selling shareholders. The minimum lot size is 38 shares.

The Initial Public Offering of Carraro India was subscribed only 0.22 times on the second day of bidding. Carraro hit the primary market targeting ₹1,250 crore at a price band of ₹668-704. The IPO that opened on Friday will close today.

The entire issue is offer-for-sale by Carraro International S E, with no fresh issue component.

The issue received bids of 28,80,696 shares against the offered 1,30,98,803 equity shares, according to the data available on the stock exchanges.

Retail Portion and Non-Institutional Investors Portion were subscribed 0.35 times and 0.20 times respectively, whereas Qualified Institutional Buyer Portion is still to see traction. A day before the opening of the issue, Carraro India Ltd raised ₹375 crores from anchor investors.
