Royal Orchid Hotels Limited (ROHL) has announced plans to expand its Regenta Suites property in Gurgaon by adding 48 suites, bringing the total room count to 115. This expansion is in response to the increasing demand for accommodations in the business district near Delhi.

At 11:05 am today, the shares of Royal Orchid Hotels Limited (ROHL) were trading at ₹341.90, down by ₹8.30 or 2.37 percent on the NSE.

The hotel is located near Golf Course Extension and Good Earth City Mall, making it one of Gurgaon’s first all-suite full-service hotels. The property boasts a rooftop pool, an all-day dining restaurant, and a pillarless banquet hall that can accommodate 200-300 people.

C.K. Baljee, CMD of Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd, attributed the expansion to the growing market demand. The hotel’s location within a mixed-use complex, which includes retail, entertainment, and wellness facilities, makes it appealing to both corporate and leisure travelers.

Currently, Royal Orchid Hotels operates over 110 properties across India under various brands such as Regenta, Regenta Central, Regenta Resort, Regenta Place, and Regenta Inn. The company focuses on running 4-star and 5-star hotels and resorts that cater to both business and leisure travelers.

In other news, the market analysts caution against ongoing market weakness.
