Responsive, a leader in Strategic Response Management (SRM), has announced its Fall 2025 Release, which includes the introduction of new AI agents, a no-code Agent Studio, and market intelligence tools aimed at enhancing the ability of global enterprises to qualify, respond, and secure opportunities more swiftly. The company, which has been at the forefront of SRM for over a decade and managed $750 billion in opportunities, asserts that these innovations empower revenue teams with the intelligence needed to convert knowledge into measurable growth.

This release coincides with the upcoming Responsive Summit 2025, where thousands of global customers will witness these new capabilities in action. “Knowledge only matters when everyone can access and trust it,” said Ginny Perrine-Wilson, Senior Manager of Global Bid and Proposal Management at Iron Mountain. “Responsive AI makes our expertise work harder for us. With new AI agents and features like Executive Summaries and TRACE Score, our teams get what they need quickly, enabling them to tell more compelling stories and ensure the accuracy of every answer. Ultimately, this strengthens our position and increases our success rate.”

Responsive’s innovations are the result of extensive collaboration with its customers. More than 100 leading enterprises, including Microsoft, EXL, Vodafone GmbH, Telefónica UK, and Tech Mahindra, have been early adopters of the AI capabilities launched earlier this year, influencing how organizations capture, share, and utilize response intelligence to secure business.

The Fall 2025 Release broadens the range of AI agents and introduces an intuitive Agent Studio designed to democratize knowledge within organizations. The responsiveness of these specialized agents allows frontline employees to tap into organizational knowledge, which enhances go/no-go decision-making and contributes to quicker and more accurate responses, ultimately leading to improved outcomes.

Building on the Spring 2025 Release, which first unveiled purpose-built AI agents for SRM, the new release enhances the versatility of these agents, enabling revenue teams to qualify, respond, and win opportunities more efficiently, harnessing deeper market and customer insights for better positioning and differentiation. Key new features include:

  • Fit Analysis Agent: This feature instantly reviews Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to identify key requirements, risks, and red flags with a transparent fit score, aiding teams in qualifying faster and focusing on favorable opportunities.

  • Executive Summary Agent: This tool automatically generates coherent summaries that align proposals with buyer priorities, significantly reducing manual editing time.

  • Agent Studio: A next-generation no-code environment that enables teams to create and deploy custom agents that analyze, interpret, and disseminate insights, integrating strategy and decision intelligence into every pursuit.

Responsive also emphasizes the necessity of reliable knowledge in the effectiveness of AI tools. As enterprises increasingly standardize on Responsive across sales, security, and compliance, the importance of both organizational knowledge and market insight becomes clear.

New capabilities being introduced include the Content Health Dashboard, which provides organizations with a detailed and actionable view of their knowledge base, assessing accuracy, freshness, duplication, and compliance while suggesting necessary improvements for maintaining trusted and responsive knowledge.

Additionally, Keyword Trends offer real-time market insights by highlighting emerging buyer priorities and demand signals based on questions posed by buyers in bids and assessments, enabling revenue and product teams to adjust strategies and messaging in real time.

AJ Sunder, co-founder and Chief Product Officer at Responsive, remarked, “Responsive has evolved from helping teams move faster to helping them work smarter. The enterprises that win are those turning their knowledge and buyer insights into actionable intelligence.”

Adoption of Responsive AI has doubled year-over-year, with customers moving from initial experimentation to enterprise-scale applications. Companies are leveraging Responsive AI to qualify more efficiently, respond intelligently, and accelerate revenue with quantifiable results.

  • 45% of customer responses are now AI-assisted, up from 7% last year.
  • 46% of clients have standardized on Responsive AI, a rise from 22%.
  • Users report twice as fast turnaround times and improved win rates associated with AI implementation.

Responsive serves over 450,000 users globally and accounts for 25% of the Fortune 100 across regions including North America, Europe, APAC, and India. Recent expansions, including new offices in Coimbatore and Bengaluru and the acquisition of Australia’s Bidhive, underscore the growing global demand for SRM innovations and reaffirm Responsive’s leadership in the category.
