Punit Goenka’s wife, Shreyasi Goenka, and son, Udayan Goenka, purchased 0.29 per cent shares of Zee Entertainment Enterprises (ZEEL) on March 5, 2025. Shreyasi bought 13,83,500 securities worth approximately ₹13.46 crore, while Udayan bought 14,15,450 securities also valued at around ₹13.46 crore. Following this transaction, ZEEL’s share price rose by 0.80 per cent to ₹99.22 on the BSE the next day.
