Provident Housing Limited has recently announced the launch of the second phase of its Provident Ecopolitan project in Bengaluru. This project, following the success of its first phase, is set to offer 581 residential units across two towers near the KIADB Aerospace Park. The development features a variety of unit sizes, including 1 BHK units ranging from 530-590 sq. ft., 3 BHK units of 1,492-1,550 sq. ft., and 3.5 BHK units spanning 1,793-1,911 sq. ft.

One of the key highlights of the project is its focus on sustainable living. Provident Ecopolitan incorporates over 30 lifestyle amenities and more than 45 indigenous flora species as part of its eco-friendly design. CEO Mallanna Sasalu emphasized the project’s commitment to sustainability, including features such as EV charging provisions and a ‘one tree per family’ initiative. The project’s location provides easy access to Kempegowda International Airport, Yelahanka Railway Station, and the upcoming Bagalur Cross Metro Station.

Provident Housing Limited, a subsidiary of Puravankara Limited, was established in 2008 and operates in nine Indian cities, including Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Hyderabad. The company’s commitment to quality construction, sustainable living, and innovation in design is evident in the Provident Ecopolitan project.

The announcement of the second phase of Provident Ecopolitan comes at a time when there is an increasing focus on sustainable and eco-friendly development in the real estate sector. As more homebuyers seek environmentally conscious living spaces, projects like Provident Ecopolitan set a new standard for residential construction in Bengaluru.

Overall, Provident Ecopolitan’s second phase is poised to offer homebuyers a unique blend of luxury, sustainability, and connectivity in one of Bengaluru’s rapidly developing areas. With its commitment to eco-friendly design and innovative amenities, the project represents a new benchmark for residential living in the city.
