On Tuesday, the exchange initially said trading will start from disaster recovery centre at 9.30 am instead of 9 am due to technical glitch. However, it finally started trading only at 1.25 pm leading to a delay of 4.30 hours.
“The primary issue was pertaining to data processing at the trading gateway. Corrective measures have been taken to address the same,” said the exchange in a statement on Wednesday.
The exchange has been in constant touch with stakeholders and keeping them apprised of developments, it said.
