Kasera underscores the importance of consistency in his workout schedule, stating he has exercised at various times ranging from 6 AM to 1 AM. He believes that the key to fitness lies in establishing a rhythm rather than adhering to a strict timetable.
Nutrition plays a pivotal role in his lifestyle. Kasera now focuses on whole foods, including eggs, yoghurt, sprouts, and avocados, while minimizing processed items. He identifies clean eating as fundamental to maintaining sustained energy.
Setting specific goals has also been crucial for Kasera. He is currently training for a 50-km ultra-marathon scheduled for early next year, with a 75-km race planned by year-end. He asserts that having clear objectives infuses purpose into his daily endeavors.
