Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has recently secured major contracts for residential construction projects in Mumbai, Bangalore, and Chennai, as announced in a press release on March 5, 2025. At 10:55 am today, the shares of Larsen & Toubro (L&T) Limited were trading at ₹3,221.15, showing a 0.25% increase on the NSE.

The Building & Factories (B&F) vertical of L&T has inked deals with a renowned developer to build multiple luxury residential towers, highlighting the company’s strong foothold in the real estate development sector. These projects include various configurations and heights in the three major metropolitan cities.

In Mumbai, L&T will be constructing two ultra-luxury high-rise towers, reaching a height of up to 273 meters, with a complex structure comprising 3 basement levels, ground floor, 7 parking levels, and 51/57 typical floors. The project in Bangalore involves the construction of 14 luxury towers with a design and build mandate, featuring 3 basement levels, ground floor, and 27/28 typical floors. Similarly, the Chennai project consists of 25 luxury towers with 2 basement levels, ground floor, and 14 typical floors.

Apart from these new projects, L&T has also secured additional orders for its ongoing construction initiatives. Leveraging its eight-decade leadership in engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects, L&T, a $27 billion Indian multinational enterprise, continues to expand its presence in the construction industry.
