Imagicaaworld Entertainment Ltd has partnered with Hello Park to launch India’s first digital-physical playground experience, marking the company’s entry into the Family Entertainment Centre sector. The collaboration, announced November 6, 2025, grants Imagicaa Next Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Imagicaaworld, exclusive rights to operate Hello Park locations in India.

The asset-light model will target malls and high-footfall urban locations across the country. Hello Park combines interactive projections, motion-based gaming, and educational activities in what the companies describe as “phygital” play spaces designed for children and families.

Hello Park operates over 50 locations globally across 12 countries. The concept uses projection-based technology and gamification to create interactive play zones without screens or headsets. Activities include gaming, creative workshops, storytelling sessions, and party experiences.

Jai Malpani, Managing Director of Imagicaaworld Entertainment Limited, said the in-city format would be synergistic with the company’s existing outdoor theme parks and enable cross-promotional opportunities with younger audiences.

Alex Zavyalov, Director and Co-Founder of Hello Park, cited India’s growing family entertainment market as key to the expansion decision. Hello Park will provide global-standard software, hardware specifications, training, and operational support for the Indian centers.

Imagicaaworld Entertainment Ltd operates theme and water parks including Imagicaa, WetnJoy, Sai Teerth, and Aqua Imagicaa.

The shares of Imagicaaworld Entertainment Ltd ended on the NSE today at ₹51.56 up by ₹1.13 or 2.24 per cent.
