Roberto Carlos Provides Health Update Amid Heart Attack Rumors
Madrid (Spain) – Roberto Carlos, the legendary full-back for Real Madrid and the Brazil national team, recently took to social media to address concerns about his health following circulated rumors of a heart attack. The former player clarified that he had been hospitalized for preventive reasons rather than an emergency situation.
In a statement on Instagram, Carlos explained, “I would like to clarify recent information that has been circulating. I recently underwent a preventative medical procedure, planned in advance with my medical team. The procedure was successful, and I am well. I did not suffer a heart attack.” He emphasized that his admission to the hospital was due to medical advice after an MRI scan revealed some cardiac issues, leading to the fitting of a tube.
Carlos assured his fans by adding, “I am recovering well and looking forward to returning to full fitness and resuming my professional and personal commitments soon. I sincerely thank everyone for the messages of support, care, and concern. I would like to reassure everyone that there is no cause for concern. My heartfelt thanks go to the entire medical team who took care of me.”
