The Directorate General of Trade Remedies (DGTR) has recommended the imposition of a provisional safeguard duty of 12% on Flat Steel Products for 200 days, pending final investigation. The industry had sought a higher duty of 25%. HUDCO aims to become a zero NPA company within the next 18 months by resolving projects at NCLT and DRT. They are also looking to raise funds from Japan. Vodafone Idea is exploring partnerships with satellite communication companies. Bajaj Auto has reappointed Rajiv Bajaj as MD and CEO. GR Infraprojects has won a highway project from NHAI worth Rs 4,262.78 crore. IndusInd International Holdings Ltd has completed the acquisition of Reliance Capital. Zydus Lifesciences has received approval to manufacture a generic version of Apalutamide tablets. Nazara Technologies has acquired the remaining equity shares of Absolute.
