Travel platform EaseMyTrip has formed a partnership with airport technology firm Hoi to launch India’s first Smart Kiosk Rewards Program at three major airports. This three-month initiative will take place at Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport, Hyderabad’s Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, and Goa’s Manohar International Airport.
Passengers utilizing Hoi’s contactless kiosks for food orders will receive instant ₹500 EaseMyTrip coupons via WhatsApp. Additionally, a monthly draw will reward one traveler with a ₹5,000 voucher. Since its inception, the program has already catered to over 5,000 passengers.
The collaboration aims to leverage Hoi’s established contactless food ordering system to reduce the need for traditional airport queues while providing travel rewards. Travelers can bypass conventional dining lines and earn benefits for future bookings simultaneously.
“This collaboration represents our vision of airports as dynamic ecosystems rather than mere transit points,” remarked Dhruv Godara, Deputy CEO of Hoi. The company offers integrated services at the Delhi, Hyderabad, and Goa airports, including flight tracking, baggage updates, and concierge services.
EaseMyTrip CEO Rikant Pittie highlighted the transformative potential of this program, which aims to turn standard airport dining into valuable opportunities for customers. Since its establishment in 2008, the publicly listed travel-tech platform has been known for its zero-convenience fees and access to over 400 airlines and 2.9 million hotels worldwide.
The partnership signifies a shift in the approach to airport monetization, moving from transactional relationships toward integrated travel ecosystems that link dining, technology, and future travel planning.
