Sacred Hour: I wake at 3:30 AM for two hours of meditation. This time of pre-dawn silence provides clarity for complex business decisions and helps me reconnect with my purpose. I maintain a nightly routine, being asleep by 11 PM, which has become a non-negotiable aspect of my life.
-
Recalibration: Engaging in twelve rounds of suryanamaskar and pranayama is not merely a physical exercise; these practices serve as daily recalibration. They strengthen both my body and mind, equipping me for the mental challenges of leadership.
-
Eating with Intention: My diet, rooted in Konkani traditions, is satvic and vegan to maintain steady energy levels. I start with sweet potato khichdi for breakfast, have a light lunch at 2 PM, and snack on makhana by 6:30 PM. This regimen helps me avoid afternoon slumps.
-
Gamified Family Time: I reserve weekends for family activities, turning these moments into games such as 100-meter sprints, swimming races, and badminton. This approach instills in my children the lesson that effort can be quantified and improvement is measurable.

Nature’s Classroom: Trekking through the Western Ghats offers insights that no boardroom can provide. Nature helps me understand what truly matters beyond quarterly targets. These practices are intertwined with my work, making it sustainable.
