New Delhi: The release of Ajay Devgn’s much-anticipated film, Dhamaal 4, has been delayed, as announced by the filmmakers on Saturday, January 17, 2026. The news came alongside the sharing of a new poster.
Originally slated to premiere during Eid 2026, Dhamaal 4 was expected to compete with Yash’s Toxic and Ranveer Singh’s Dhurandhar Part 2 at the box office.
Fans will now have to wait until June 12, 2026, for the film’s release. The makers remarked, “Jaldi bata rahein hain, phir Dhamaal machane bhi toh jaana hai. Stay Tuned! (sic)” in their announcement alongside the poster. The design included a note stating, “Dhamaal Times, Breaking News, Dhamaal 4 in cinemas 12th June 2026. Ab Dhamaal bola hai toh karna hi padega. Stay tuned!”
The audience expressed enthusiasm in the comments, with one fan noting, “Great News (sic),” while another shared, “I am so excited yara (sic).”
Cast and Production Details
In addition to the lead cast of Ajay Devgn, Riteish Deshmukh, and Arshad Warsi, Dhamaal 4 features Jaaved Jaaferi, Ravi Kishan, Esha Gupta, Sanjay Mishra, Sanjeeda Shaikh, Upendra Limaye, and Anjali Anand in significant roles. The film is being produced by T-Series, Devgn Films, Maruti International, and Panorama Studios.
Box Office Performance of Previous Installments
Historically, the Dhamaal franchise has performed well at the box office. The first film, Dhamaal, released in 2007, grossed ₹51.30 crore worldwide. Its sequel, Double Dhamaal, released in 2011, earned ₹71 crore. The third installment, Total Dhamaal, which hit theaters in 2019, reported box office collections of ₹232.18 crore, according to industry tracker Sacnilk.
