Controversy in Bihar: Nitish Kumar’s ‘Khalnayak’ Poster Unveiled Outside Rabri Devi’s Residence

Un cartel de ‘khalnayak‘ del Ministro Principal de Bihar, Nitish Kumar, fue colocado fuera de la residencia de la líder del Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD), Rabri Devi, en Patna, Bihar, el sábado. Decía: “Nayak Nhi Khalnayak Hu Main”. Las letras populares de la película ‘Khalnayak‘, que incluye a Sanjay Dutt, Madhuri Dixit y Jackie Shroff, se traducen como “no soy un héroe, soy un villano.”

El cartel, colocado por trabajadores del RJD, acusaba a Nitish Kumar de insultar a las mujeres y de faltar al respeto a Mahatma Gandhi y al himno nacional.

“Sí, he insultado a las mujeres, he insultado a Gandhiji, ahora he insultado al himno nacional; sí, soy un villano,” leía el cartel.

Nitish Kumar recientemente generó controversia después de que un video supuestamente lo mostrara riendo y hablando mientras se tocaba el himno nacional en un evento deportivo internacional en Patna.

En un clip de video que se volvió viral en las redes sociales, el líder de Janata Dal-United (JDU) era visto riendo y hablando con un funcionario IAS y su Secretario Principal, Deepak Kumar, quien estaba a su lado en el estrado.

El líder del RJD, Tejashwi Yadav, compartió un video el jueves en la plataforma de redes sociales X y publicó: “Por favor, al menos no insulten al himno nacional, Honorable Ministro Principal. Ustedes insultan a los jóvenes, estudiantes, mujeres y ancianos todos los días.”

“A veces aplauden en el día de la martirización de Mahatma Gandhi y se burlan de su sacrificio, y a veces aplauden en el himno nacional!” dijo el líder del RJD.

Acusó al Ministro Principal de Bihar de estar “no mental o físicamente estable” y calificó su condición como un gran motivo de preocupación para el Estado.

Anteriormente, Nitish Kumar había desatado una controversia en enero de este año cuando se le vio aplaudiendo tras rendir tributo floral a Mahatma Gandhi en el 77.º aniversario de su muerte, el cual también se observa como el Día de los Mártires. Un video del incidente también se volvió viral en las redes sociales.

El año pasado, Nitish Kumar provocó una controversia en la asamblea estatal cuando atacó a la MLA del RJD, Rekha Devi, sobre leyes de reserva. Agitando sus dedos hacia los MLAs, especialmente hacia Rekha Devi, Kumar dijo que fue solo después de asumir el poder que las mujeres comenzaron a recibir lo que les correspondía en Bihar.

“Arey mahila ho, kuch jaanti nahi ho? (¿Eres mujer y aún no sabes nada?)”, había dicho el Ministro Principal Nitish Kumar.
