The board of Bharti Airtel has approved the acquisition of an additional 5 percent stake in its telecom infrastructure subsidiary, Indus Towers. As of September 30, Bharti Airtel holds a 51.03 percent stake in Indus Towers. The company clarified in its filing that this acquisition does not fall under related party transactions.
Cipla has finalized agreements to fully acquire Inzpera Healthscience for approximately ₹111 crore. The Mumbai-based pharmaceutical company stated that it will acquire a 100 percent stake in Inzpera Healthscience, which specializes in developing, manufacturing, and marketing differentiated pediatric pharmaceutical and wellness products.
