Tech leader Anjali Satam has been appointed Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at ACG World, where she will spearhead technology strategy aimed at driving business growth and digital transformation. “I am excited to join as the Chief Technology Officer. Before her new role at ACG, Satam served as Head of Technology Engineering at IKS Health, where she was pivotal in modernizing the company’s technology landscape. She transformed custom applications into scalable healthcare products and directed engineering efforts to improve clinical support and value-based care, enhancing automation and optimizing costs through AI-driven workflows.
Satam has a track record of driving digital transformation in large enterprises, notably during her time as Director of Technology at Tata Digital. In that capacity, she led the integration of Tata Brands into Tata Neu, addressing significant challenges such as high drop-off rates, payment failures, and performance issues. Her initiatives in omnichannel innovation, financial services integration, and the implementation of technology accelerators contributed to a threefold increase in gross merchandise value (GMV).
With over 20 years of experience in leading digital transformation and process excellence initiatives, Satam is a digital-first advocate. She emphasizes the importance of creating value through the seamless integration of digital and business processes.
