Times of India has announced the inaugural TOI Home & Decor Awards 2026, intended as a premier platform to honor the visionaries shaping modern living in India. This initiative aims to unite influential architects, interior designers, developers, local brands, and innovators who are defining the future of design and decor in the country. The awards will celebrate achievements across various domains, from classic architectural designs to innovative home solutions that integrate aesthetics with functionality.

The focus of the TOI Home & Decor Awards 2026 is on recognizing those who are transforming the evolving relationship between consumers and their living spaces. As Indian homeowners increasingly prioritize personalization, sustainability, and smart living, these awards will highlight the creative minds and enterprises pioneering this change in architecture, interiors, decorative arts, technology, and lifestyle.

With over 35 nomination categories, the awards seek to acknowledge the innovators revolutionizing contemporary Indian life. Categories include Individual Excellence, Project Excellence, Kitchen & Bath, Furniture & Furnishing, Decor & Materials, Smart Living & Security, Wellness & Comfort, Fitness & Personal Living, Family & Nursery, and Outdoor Living.

Winners will be selected by a distinguished jury consisting of notable figures in the field. The panel includes Komal Sanghavi Vasa, Founding Principal of Gesamt Design; Padmashree Awardee Dr. Gopalan Nair Shankar of the People’s Architect and Habitat Technology Group; Aparna Kaushik, Founder and Principal Architect; Ravi Kewalramani, Real Estate Entrepreneur and Digital Creator; and Priyam Saraswat, Digital Creator and Co-Founder & CEO of Voosh.

Individuals seeking to nominate themselves or others who are making significant contributions to the home and decor sector can do so for the TOI Home & Decor Awards 2026.

The nomination process entails three pricing tiers: the Standard Entry package at Rs 25,999, which includes one nomination and a certificate; the Growth Plan at Rs 49,999, offering two nominations along with social media promotion and certificates; and the Premium Entry package at Rs 99,999, which comprises two nominations, a dedicated social media post, a native article feature, and certificates for each entry.

The awards ceremony promises to be more than a mere recognition; it is a significant opportunity for national visibility and industry engagement. Participating in the TOI Home & Decor Awards 2026 provides a platform to exhibit work alongside prominent figures in the design community, facilitated by TOI’s extensive media reach to millions of stakeholders including homeowners, developers, and investors. This initiative not only aims to validate talent but also fosters networking among those influencing the future of design and living.
