The company posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 160 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026, compared with Rs 151 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.

Revenue from operations during the quarter rose 15 percent year-on-year to Rs 2,553 crore from Rs 2,220 crore a year ago, reflecting healthy demand momentum across business segments.

The company had posted a profit of Rs 78.62 crore in the January-March period a year ago, according to a regulatory filing on Thursday.

Its revenue from operations remained nearly flat at Rs 1,908.77 crore in the March quarter, compared to Rs 1,934.72 crore in the year-ago period. This is the ‘seventh’ consecutive quarter of consistent profitable performance post listing,” said an earnings statement from the company, which was listed on the bourses on June 23, 2025.

The liquor manufacturer’s total expenses stood at Rs 1,739.66 crore in the quarter under review, down 3.28 per cent YoY.

Its total income, which includes other income, was also down 1.4 per cent to Rs 1,921.71 crore. For the entire FY26, ABDL’s net profit was up 13 per cent to Rs 220.11 crore. This is the “highest ever annual PAT” of the company, said the filing. – PTI

It had reported a net profit of Rs 1,201 crore during the same period a year ago, the company said in an exchange filing.

During January-March, the company’s total income rose to Rs 63,518.60 crore from Rs 56,679.11 crore in the fourth quarter of 2024-25.

For the entire FY26, the company has posted a net profit of Rs 10,885.82 crore, over three-fold jump from Rs 3,173.78 crore in 2024-25. Total income rose to Rs 2,33,541.72 crore from Rs 2,20,083.04 crore in FY25.

Tata Steel’s India revenues stood at Rs 38,447.96 crore in the fourth quarter, higher than Rs 34,398.84 crore in the last quarter of FY25. Neelachal Ispat and other Indian operations jointly generated revenue of over Rs 6,604 crore, higher from Rs 4,277 crore in Q4 2024-25.

Tata Steel Nederland posted revenues of Rs 17,016 crore, higher from Rs 14,769.43 crore in Q4 FY25.

The company’s UK operations, which are in a transition phase, have posted revenue of Rs 5,774.44 crore, down from Rs 6,000 crore in Q4 last financial year. – PTI

The company had posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 187.18 crore in the year-ago period.

The consolidated revenue from operations during the fourth quarter rose by 58 per cent to Rs 1,156 crore, compared to Rs 731.40 crore a year ago, Hindustan Copper said in a regulatory filing.

The board recommended a final dividend of Rs 1.86 per share for FY2025-26, subject to the requisite approvals, the company said. – PTI

The company had posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 279.61 crore in the corresponding quarter of the preceding fiscal, Godfrey Phillips India (GPI) said in a regulatory filing. Consolidated total revenue from operations in Q4FY26 stood at Rs 3,485.54 crore as against Rs 1,887.79 crore in the year-ago period. 

Total expenses in the quarter under review were higher at Rs 2,968.42 crore, compared to Rs 1,663.92 crore in the corresponding period a year ago. 

The board of directors has recommended a final dividend of Rs 3.3 per equity share of Rs 2 each for 2025-26, the company informed the stock exchanges – PTI

The home textiles manufacturer, which had posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 132.8 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding fiscal, said its board has approved a Rs 252 crore share buyback proposal.

Consolidated revenue from operations in the fourth quarter of FY26 stood at Rs 2,435.43 crore as against Rs 2,645.9 crore in the year-ago period, Welspun Living said in a regulatory filing. – PTI

It had incurred a loss of Rs 127.72 crore in the same period a year ago, the company said in an exchange filing.

During the quarter, the total income rose threefold to Rs 1,548.46 crore from Rs 548.84 crore a year ago. – PTI

The company had posted a consolidated net loss of Rs 16.76 crore in the corresponding quarter of previous fiscal, said Devyani International Ltd (DIL), which operates brands, including KFC and Pizza Hut, in a regulatory filing.

Consolidated revenue from operations in the fourth quarter was at Rs 1,436.86 crore as against Rs 1,212.59 crore in the same period a year ago, it added. – PTI

Its net profit stood at Rs 31.40 crore in the year-ago period. 

Total income more than doubled to Rs 2,839.17 crore during the January-March period of 2025-26 fiscal from Rs 1,380.73 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding financial year, according to a regulatory filing. – ANI
