Full-year profits reached ₹2,355.40 crore, compared to ₹1,822.55 crore in FY25. The board has recommended a final dividend of ₹229 per share, with shares rising by 1% to ₹1,32,00 on the NSE.

CarTrade Tech: Q4 standalone profits rose by 64% year-on-year to ₹35.17 crore, compared to ₹21.44 crore in Q4 FY25, with FY26 profits increasing to ₹115.46 crore from ₹74.45 crore. Shares increased by 7% to ₹1,943.80 on the NSE.

Vardhman Textiles: Reported a decline in standalone net profit for the quarter ended March 2026, with profits at ₹179.07 crore compared to ₹228.97 crore in the same quarter last year. The board has recommended a dividend of ₹5 per share.
