Q4 Results Update – May 7, 2026

Live Updates on Q4 Results: Today marks the release of fourth-quarter financial results for several prominent companies, including Aananda Lakshmi Spinning Mills, Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands, ACME Solar Holdings, Alldigi Tech, Apollo Pipes, ARCL Organics, Axtel Industries, Bajaj Holdings & Investment, Bharat Forge, Biocon, Britannia Industries, CarTrade Tech, and Wonderla Holidays, among others.

Company results also include Aditya Birla Real Estate, Akme Fintrade (India), Bajaj Auto, Bharat Seats, Blue Star, BMW Industries, Brigade Enterprises, Birlasoft, CG Power and Industrial Solutions, KPI Green Energy, KPIT Technologies, One 97 Communications, and Shree Cement.

Key Highlights from Q4 Results

  • MRF: Reported a standalone net profit increase of 36.6% to ₹680.44 crore in Q4, up from ₹497.85 crore during the same quarter last year. Full-year profits reached ₹2,355.40 crore, compared to ₹1,822.55 crore in FY25. The board has recommended a final dividend of ₹229 per share, with shares rising by 1% to ₹1,32,00 on the NSE.

  • CarTrade Tech: Q4 standalone profits rose by 64% year-on-year to ₹35.17 crore, compared to ₹21.44 crore in Q4 FY25, with FY26 profits increasing to ₹115.46 crore from ₹74.45 crore. Shares increased by 7% to ₹1,943.80 on the NSE.

  • Vardhman Textiles: Reported a decline in standalone net profit for the quarter ended March 2026, with profits at ₹179.07 crore compared to ₹228.97 crore in the same quarter last year. The board has recommended a dividend of ₹5 per share.

  • Bharat Forge: Reported a consolidated profit drop of 17% to ₹233.4 crore, down from ₹282.6 crore in the corresponding quarter. The board has proposed a final dividend of ₹6.50 per share.

  • Stylam Industries: Posted profits for the quarter at ₹37.90 crore, up from ₹28.97 crore a year earlier, with shares trading 11% higher at ₹2,573 after reaching a 52-week high.

  • Indoco Remedies: Reported a net profit of ₹27.35 crore in Q4, marking a turnaround from a loss of ₹26.24 crore in the same quarter last year. Shares surged by 15% to ₹236.66.

  • Kansai Nerolac Paints: Saw a 5% increase in share prices to ₹210.90, following a rise in consolidated net profit of 7.3% to ₹109.89 crore for the March quarter.

  • Meesho: Experienced a modest gain of over 7% in share price following a narrowing of their consolidated net loss to ₹166.34 crore for the fourth quarter.

Market Conditions

As of this morning, the Sensex dipped by 127.75 points or 0.16% to 77,830.77, while the Nifty 50 dropped by 14.65 points or 0.06% to 24,316.30, reflecting market volatility despite some positive movements in stock prices of specific companies following their results.
