Billionbrains Garage Ventures shares closed at ₹189 on Tuesday, reflecting a gain of ₹14.55 or 8.34 percent from the previous close of ₹174.45. The stock opened at ₹185 and reached an intraday high of ₹193.80, marking its new 52-week high. Trading volumes were considerable, with over 463 million shares traded, amounting to ₹8,686 crore. The company’s market capitalization has now reached ₹1,16,681 crore.
The parent company of the investment platform Groww announced that its board will convene on November 21 to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. This will mark the company’s first quarterly earnings report since its stock market debut.
The stock has increased by 94 percent from its initial public offering (IPO) issue price of ₹100. Groww made its market debut on November 12 at ₹114, which represented a 14 percent premium over the issue price, and ended the first trading session at ₹130.94. The IPO was oversubscribed by 17.60 times, raising ₹6,632 crore through a fresh issue of ₹1,060 crore and an offer-for-sale of ₹5,572 crore.
Founded in 2018, Groww manages 37 million demat accounts and oversees ₹2.6 lakh crore in assets under management across its broking, lending, and asset management subsidiaries. The company is backed by notable investors, including Peak XV Partners, Tiger Capital, and Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella.
