The initial public offering (IPO) of Studds Accessories Ltd received significant attention, achieving an overall subscription rate of 73.25 times on November 3, 2025. The demand was led by qualified institutional buyers (QIBs), who subscribed 159.99 times, followed by non-institutional investors (NIIs) at 76.99 times, and retail investors, who subscribed 22.09 times.

The IPO, valued at ₹455 crore, included an offer for sale (OFS) in which the promoter group and other stakeholders offloaded 77.86 lakh shares. The company set the price band for the shares between ₹557 and ₹585.

Prior to the IPO, Studds Accessories secured approximately ₹137 crore from anchor investors. The allotment of shares is anticipated on November 4, with trading set to commence on November 7, 2025.
