Hyundai Motors has announced a significant reduction in vehicle prices, effective September 22, due to the recent GST rate cut. The price cut will benefit customers across the entire model range, with reductions up to ₹2.4 lakh. Specifically, the prices will drop by ₹60,640 for the Verna and reach up to ₹2.4 lakh for the premium Tucson SUV.

Unsoo Kim, the Managing Director of Hyundai Motor India, stated, “This reform not only supports the automotive industry but also empowers millions of customers by making personal mobility more affordable and accessible.”

Tata Motors Price Reduction

In a related move, Tata Motors has confirmed that it will also pass on the full GST reduction to its customers for the entire range of commercial vehicles, starting September 22, 2025. The reductions will range from ₹30,000 to ₹4.65 lakh, following a previously announced price cut for passenger vehicles.

Toyota’s Price Adjustments

Additionally, Toyota Kirloskar Motor has decided to lower prices on its vehicles by up to ₹3.49 lakh, starting September 22, 2025. This decision aims to pass the benefits of the GST rate cut to customers.

Varinder Wadhwa, Vice President of Sales, Service, and Profit Enhancement at Toyota Kirloskar Motor, remarked, “As a customer-centric company, we are thrilled to offer these benefits to our customers.”

Expected Price Reductions from Toyota

The following are some of the anticipated price cuts:

  • Glanza: Up to ₹85,300
  • Taisor: Up to ₹1.11 lakh
  • Rumion: Up to ₹48,700
  • Hyryder: Up to ₹65,400
  • Crysta: Up to ₹1.8 lakh

  • Legender: Up to ₹3.34 lakh
  • Hilux: Up to ₹2.52 lakh
  • Camry: Up to ₹1.01 lakh
