Salman Khan has finally confirmed the much-awaited sequel to his hit film Kick. Kick 2 was officially announced on October 4 by producer Sajid Nadiadwala, who shared a stylish photo of the superstar on social media. Fans couldn’t contain their excitement upon hearing the news.
Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment took to Instagram to share the official announcement, stating, “It was a great Kick 2 photoshoot, Sikandar. From Grand Sajid Nadiadwala.” Fans flooded the comments section with their enthusiasm, expressing their anticipation for the film.
The 2014 film Kick was a massive success and marked Nadiadwala’s directorial debut. It went on to become Salman Khan’s first film to cross the Rs 200 crore mark, solidifying its position as a blockbuster.
As for the upcoming sequel, titled Kick 2, there is no news yet on the cast reprising their roles. It remains to be seen if Jacqueline Fernandez, Randeep Hooda, and Nawazuddin Siddiqui will return for the sequel.
On the work front, Salman Khan is currently busy shooting for AR Murugadoss’ Sikander, produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. The action film also stars Rashmika Mandanna and Kajal Aggarwal in key roles and is slated for release on Eid 2025. Additionally, Salman will be hosting Bigg Boss 18 and is rumored to be working on a Pan India film with Atlee. YRF’s Pathaan Vs Tiger is also in the pipeline.
