8 Aggressive Films to Hit Screens This Dussehra 2024

Dussehra, also known as Vijayadashami, will be celebrated on October 12 this year. It is a festival commemorating Lord Rama’s victory over Ravana. To make this day even more special, you can enjoy watching these 7 films releasing in theaters. From Rajinikanth and Amitabh Bachchan’s ‘Vettaiyan: The Hunter’ to Alia Bhatt’s ‘Jigra’, these seven movies are set to make a splash on the big screens this Dussehra.

First up is ‘Vettaiyan: The Hunter’, an action drama film starring Rajinikanth and Amitabh Bachchan, directed by TJ Gnanavel. The film will be released on October 10 in multiple languages including Tamil and Telugu. Along with the two legendary actors, Manju Warrier, Fahadh Fasil, and Rana Daggubati will also be seen in pivotal roles.

Next is the Telugu film ‘Sri Sri Sri Rajavaru’, directed by Satish Vegesna, set for release on October 10. This family drama will clash with ‘Vettaiyan’ in the Telugu cinema.

Alia Bhatt’s ‘Jigra’, directed by Vasan Bala, is another highlight releasing on October 11. The film follows the story of Satya as she embarks on a mission to free her brother from jail, with Manoj Pahwa in an important role. Alia not only stars in the film but also serves as its producer.

‘Rajkummar Rao and Triptii Dimri starrer ‘Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video’ is a Bollywood film releasing on October 11, revolving around a newlywed couple’s life-changing incident.

‘Vishwam’, an action-adventure film directed by Srinu Vaitla starring Gopichand, is set to hit theaters on October 11.

In the emotional drama ‘Maa Nanna Superhero’, Sudheer Babu plays the lead role, directed by Abhilash Reddy Kankara, releasing on October 11.

Lastly, ‘Martin’, an action thriller starring Dhruv Sarja directed by AP Arjun, will also release on October 11.

These films promise a diverse range of genres and storylines, providing entertainment for audiences this festive season. Enjoy the cinematic experience and celebrate Dussehra in style!
