There’s exciting news for fans eagerly awaiting the release of ‘Hera Pheri 3’. The original trio of Paresh Rawal, Akshay Kumar, and Suniel Shetty are back for the third installment of this highly anticipated film franchise. Initially, there were reports of a rift between producer Firoz Nadiadwala and Eros, making the situation seem uncertain. However, recent reports suggest that Nadiadwala has resolved his issues with Eros International. He has managed to regain the rights to his popular films, including ‘Hera Pheri 3’, after receiving a no-due certificate from the court.

With the settlement of the dispute between Nadiadwala and Eros, the path has been cleared for the production of ‘Hera Pheri 3’. According to media reports, Nadiadwala is now free to pursue his filmmaking aspirations and is determined to entertain audiences with a solid comeback. Last year, when the decision to make ‘Hera Pheri 3’ was made, Eros had issued a legal notice stating that until the outstanding dues of around Rs 60 crore were settled, the rights of the film would remain with the company. Now, it has been reported that all dues have been paid off, and the rights to the franchise, along with several other films, have been returned to Nadiadwala.

Not only is ‘Hera Pheri 3’ a passion project for Nadiadwala, but it also holds special significance for the OG trio of Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal, and Suniel Shetty. They are pleased that Nadiadwala has cleared the debts, allowing the focus to shift towards the creative and logistical aspects of getting the film on track.

In the meantime, Akshay Kumar and his team have completed around 70% of the shooting for another film titled ‘Welcome to the Jungle’, which is also produced by Nadiadwala. This big-budget comedy is scheduled for a late 2025 release. Additionally, it has been noted that Eros’ dues have been settled, and they have regained the rights to not just ‘Hera Pheri’ but also several other films from Nadiadwala’s catalogue.

It’s safe to say that fans can look forward to the much-anticipated ‘Hera Pheri 3’ hitting the screens soon, thanks to the resolution of the issues between Nadiadwala and Eros.
