Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd has secured a Letter of Approval from East Coast Railway for a project valued at ₹9.64 crore, excluding GST, for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of an IP-based Video Surveillance System.

TVS Motor Company and BMW Motorrad announced on Thursday that they have reached a significant milestone, with 200,000 units manufactured as part of their partnership that commenced in 2013. This collaboration primarily focuses on the production of sub-500cc motorcycles for global markets. Additionally, the companies confirmed the commencement of production for the new BMW F 450 GS model at TVS Motor’s Hosur facility, which was recently showcased at EICMA 2025.

Adani Defence Systems & Technologies Ltd (ADSTL), in partnership with Prime Aero Services LLP, has finalized agreements for the acquisition of a majority stake in Flight Simulation Technique Centre Pvt Ltd (FSTC) for an enterprise value of ₹820 crore. Ashish Rajvanshi, CEO of Adani Defence & Aerospace, stated, “This acquisition is part of our strategy to develop a fully integrated aviation services platform. With FSTC joining Air Works and Indamer Technics, we will now be able to better serve our clients across civil MRO, general aviation MRO, defence MRO, and comprehensive flight training.”

Following its IPO listing in October, LG Electronics India announced a restructuring of its leadership. Sanjay Chitkara, interim Chief Sales Officer, has been promoted to Co-Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, collaborating closely with Hong Ju Jeon, Managing Director of LG Electronics India, who is now also the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer. This adjustment aims to keep top leadership in tune with market dynamics and consumer insights, fostering a more agile management structure.

Ashoka Buildcon has been temporarily suspended from participating in ongoing and future NHAI bids for one month, pending an investigation by the Expert Committee, following the tragic collapse of two precast PSC girders during the construction of a six-lane Elevated Corridor on NH-66, which resulted in a fatality. The company denies any negligence, attributing the incident to a sudden hydraulic jack failure and unauthorized vehicle entry into the construction area. Ashoka Buildcon is currently assessing the financial impact of the situation while ensuring that other operations remain unaffected.

Tamilnad Mercantile Bank has launched a new Loan Origination System (LOS) and inaugurated its first Credit Management Centre (CMC) in Thoothukudi, aiming to enhance its lending operations and significantly reduce loan approval turnaround time. This technological advancement was achieved in collaboration with Nucleus Software, based in Noida.

Voltamp Transformers Ltd has received a Letter of Intent from Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Ltd for approximately ₹85.05 crore (inclusive of GST) to supply various ratings of Power Transformers.

Refex Industries has secured an order valued at around ₹100 crore for the excavation, loading, and transportation of pond ash and bottom ash.

The Bombay Dyeing and Manufacturing Company Ltd has announced a temporary shutdown of its Patalganga plant for planned maintenance activities from November 28 to December 18, aimed at carrying out essential maintenance tasks to maintain operational efficiency and safety.

Neopolitan Pizza and Foods Ltd, a fast-expanding Quick Service Restaurant brand listed on the BSE, has signed agreements for two new Company Owned (COCO) outlets—one near Morbi and another at Devbhumi Dwarka. This expansion is part of the company’s strategy to strengthen its presence in Gujarat, with plans to commence operations at both locations by December 31, 2025.

The board of Bandhan Bank has approved the sale of non-performing assets valued at ₹3,212 crore, which are overdue by more than 180 days as of September 30. This sale includes a principal outstanding amount of ₹3,720 crore from the written-off loan portfolio, which primarily concerns loans granted to emerging entrepreneurs, small businesses, and agricultural loans.

Lodha Developers Ltd has informed the exchanges that the Supreme Court has granted restitution of ₹520.80 crore it had previously deposited as security in the V Hotels case. The refunded amount, along with accrued interest, affirms Lodha’s position as the bona fide successful Resolution Applicant with legitimate interest in the property.
